Terms of Service (이용약관)

1. Agreement (약관의 적용)

These Terms govern your use of the sDashCam application (the "App") and the website sdashcam.com, provided by WELLPEACH ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. 이 약관은 WELLPEACH(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 sDashCam 앱(이하 "앱")과 웹사이트 sdashcam.com의 이용에 적용됩니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 마세요.

2. Definitions (정의)

1. "App" means the sDashCam application distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play."앱"은 Apple App Store와 Google Play로 배포되는 sDashCam 애플리케이션을 말합니다.
2. "User" or "you" means anyone who downloads or uses the App."이용자"는 앱을 내려받거나 사용하는 모든 사람을 말합니다.
3. "Recordings" means videos, audio, driving logs, trip routes and other files the App creates on your device."녹화물"은 앱이 이용자의 기기에 만드는 영상·음성·주행 기록·이동 경로 등의 파일을 말합니다.
4. "Premium" means the optional one-time in-app purchase "sDashCam Premium (Lifetime)"."프리미엄"은 선택형 1회 인앱 구매 "sDashCam 프리미엄(평생)"을 말합니다.

3. License (이용 허락)

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you obtained it from. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or remove proprietary notices. 회사는 이 약관과 앱을 받은 마켓의 규칙에 따라, 이용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에서 앱을 사용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능하고 철회 가능한 권리를 허락합니다. 이용자는 앱을 복제·수정·배포·판매·대여하거나, 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 역설계하거나, 권리 표시를 지워서는 안 됩니다.

4. Free App, Advertising and Premium (무료 앱·광고·프리미엄)

1. The App is free to download and use. Recording, loop recording, impact protection, stamps, the library and transfer are free; the free version shows full-screen ads served by Google AdMob (see the Privacy Policy).앱은 무료로 내려받아 사용할 수 있습니다. 녹화·루프 녹화·충격 보호·스탬프·보관함·전송은 무료이며, 무료 버전에는 Google AdMob의 전면 광고가 표시됩니다(개인정보처리방침 참조).
2. "sDashCam Premium (Lifetime)" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes ads. Its benefits are those shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription; there is no recurring billing."sDashCam 프리미엄(평생)"은 광고를 없애는 1회성 비소모성 구매이며, 혜택은 구매 시점의 구매 화면 표시에 따릅니다. 구독이 아니며 정기 결제가 없습니다.
3. "Lifetime" means the operating lifetime of the App — for as long as the App is offered and supported by WELLPEACH (see Section 14) — not the lifetime of the user or the device."평생"은 이용자나 기기의 수명이 아니라, 회사가 앱을 제공·지원하는 운영 기간을 말합니다(제14조 참조).
4. A purchase made on the App Store cannot be transferred to Google Play or the reverse, because each store keeps its own purchase records and the App has no account. You can restore a purchase on other devices that use the same store account.앱에는 계정이 없고 각 스토어가 구매 기록을 따로 관리하므로, App Store에서 한 구매는 Google Play로(또는 그 반대로) 옮길 수 없습니다. 같은 스토어 계정을 쓰는 다른 기기에서는 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다.

5. Payment, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal (결제·환불 및 청약철회)

1. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. The price shown at the point of purchase is the final amount and includes VAT where applicable, including in the Republic of Korea. Local tax rules of your country may apply. The store confirms the purchase and sends a receipt to your store account.구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하며, 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매 시점에 표시되는 가격은 부가가치세(대한민국 포함, 해당하는 경우)가 포함된 최종 결제 금액입니다. 국가에 따라 현지 세금 규정이 적용될 수 있습니다. 결제가 완료되면 스토어가 결제 완료 화면과 스토어 계정 이메일 영수증으로 알립니다.
2. You may request withdrawal within 7 days of purchase in accordance with applicable law, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Because the digital content (ad removal) is provided immediately upon purchase, withdrawal may be limited for the part already provided, to the extent permitted by law; a refund may still be available under the store's refund policy.구매일로부터 7일 이내에는 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따라 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 구매 즉시 광고 제거가 제공되는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상, 이미 제공된 부분에 대해서는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따른 환불은 가능할 수 있습니다.
3. How to request a refund: Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play — Play Store › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & order history › the order › Request a refund; or email us and we will guide you. Whether, when and how a refund is made follows each store's policy, and refunds go to the original payment method.환불 요청 방법: Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play — Play 스토어 › 프로필 › 결제 및 정기결제 › 예산 및 주문 내역 › 해당 주문 › 환불 요청, 또는 회사 이메일로 요청하시면 안내해 드립니다. 환불 여부·시기·방식은 각 스토어의 정책에 따르며 원 결제 수단으로 환불됩니다.
4. Nothing in this Section limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.이 조항은 관련 법령상 소비자에게 보장되는 강행규정상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

6. What the App Can and Cannot Do (앱의 성격과 한계)

1. Recording may stop, pause, be delayed or be lost — for example because of the operating system, other apps, phone calls, battery, charging, heat, storage space, camera or sensor limits, device faults, software errors, or because the App left the screen on iOS. We do not guarantee that any particular moment is recorded or kept.녹화는 운영체제, 다른 앱, 전화, 배터리, 충전, 발열, 저장 공간, 카메라·센서의 한계, 기기 고장, 소프트웨어 오류, iOS에서 앱이 화면을 벗어난 경우 등으로 멈추거나 끊기거나 늦어지거나 사라질 수 있습니다. 회사는 특정 순간이 녹화되거나 보관되는 것을 보장하지 않습니다.
2. On iOS the App records only while it is on screen. On Android, the system or the device maker's power-saving features may stop the App.iOS에서는 앱이 화면에 있는 동안에만 녹화합니다. Android에서는 운영체제나 제조사의 절전 기능이 앱을 멈출 수 있습니다.
3. To protect the phone, the App lowers the frame rate, resolution or quality, turns off the preview, or pauses recording when the phone is hot.앱은 폰을 보호하기 위해 폰이 뜨거우면 프레임·해상도·화질을 낮추거나 미리보기를 끄거나 녹화를 잠시 멈춥니다.
4. Loop recording automatically deletes the oldest normal clips when the storage limit is full, and the oldest impact clips when the space for impact clips is full or the phone runs low on space. Only clips you save yourself are never deleted automatically. This is how the App is designed to work.루프 녹화는 저장 공간이 차면 오래된 일반 영상을, 충격 영상 공간이 차거나 폰 공간이 부족하면 오래된 충격 영상을 자동으로 지웁니다. 이용자가 직접 저장한 영상만 자동으로 지우지 않습니다. 이는 앱의 설계된 동작입니다.
5. Impact and fall detection may miss real events or react to events that are not accidents.충격·넘어짐 감지는 실제 사고를 놓치거나 사고가 아닌 상황에 반응할 수 있습니다.
6. Time, speed, position and direction come from the device and GPS and may be inaccurate. GPS speed is for reference only and may differ from your vehicle's speedometer. Trip routes and their distance, duration and average speed are estimates calculated from GPS data and may differ from the actual route or your vehicle's odometer, and in some regions a map may not line up exactly with the route.시각·속도·위치·방향은 기기와 GPS에서 오며 부정확할 수 있습니다. GPS 속도는 참고용이며 계기판 속도와 다를 수 있습니다. 이동 경로와 그 거리·걸린 시간·평균 속도는 GPS 정보로 계산한 추정치로 실제 경로나 차량의 주행거리계와 다를 수 있으며, 일부 지역에서는 지도와 경로가 정확히 겹치지 않을 수 있습니다.
7. Whether a Recording is accepted as evidence, or for insurance or any official purpose, is decided by the police, courts, insurers and other authorities. We make no promise about it.녹화물이 증거로 인정되는지, 보험이나 공적 절차에 쓰일 수 있는지는 경찰·법원·보험사 등이 판단하며, 회사는 이에 대해 어떠한 약속도 하지 않습니다.

7. Safe Use (안전한 사용)

1. Do not operate the App while driving or riding. Set it up before you start and keep your attention on the road.운전·주행 중에는 앱을 조작하지 마세요. 출발 전에 설정하고 도로에 집중하세요.
2. Mount the phone securely where it does not block your view and where the law allows. You are responsible for your mount, cables and power supply.폰은 시야를 가리지 않고 법이 허용하는 곳에 단단히 거치하세요. 거치대·케이블·전원 장치는 이용자의 책임입니다.
3. Long recording, charging, sunlight and strong vibration (for example from motorcycle engines) can heat the phone, wear the battery or damage the camera. Use a sunshade and a vibration-damping mount. You use the phone in these conditions at your own risk.장시간 녹화·충전·햇빛·강한 진동(예: 오토바이 엔진)은 폰을 뜨겁게 하거나 배터리를 소모시키거나 카메라를 손상시킬 수 있습니다. 햇빛 가리개와 방진 거치대를 쓰세요. 이러한 환경에서의 사용에 따른 위험은 이용자가 부담합니다.

8. Lawful Use and Your Responsibility for Recordings (적법한 사용과 녹화물에 대한 책임)

1. You decide what to record, keep, share and publish, and you are solely responsible for doing so lawfully, including laws on privacy, image rights, personal information, traffic and recording.무엇을 녹화·보관·공유·공개할지는 이용자가 정하며, 사생활·초상권·개인정보·교통·녹음 관련 법령을 지킬 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
2. Recording other people's conversations may be illegal. In the Republic of Korea, recording a private conversation between others without being a party is prohibited under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act. The microphone is off by default; turn it on only where lawful.다른 사람의 대화를 녹음하는 것은 불법일 수 있습니다. 대한민국에서는 통신비밀보호법에 따라 자신이 참여하지 않은 타인 간의 공개되지 않은 대화를 녹음해서는 안 됩니다. 마이크는 기본으로 꺼져 있으며, 적법한 경우에만 켜세요.
3. According to the Korean Personal Information Protection Commission's guide on mobile video devices (2024), recording while you drive or ride to keep evidence of traffic accidents is generally not recording for a business purpose, even if you drive or ride for work (for example as a delivery rider), so you do not need to show that you are recording. If you use the App to film people for your work — for example to keep a record of disputes with customers — or use Recordings for another business purpose, the Korean Personal Information Protection Act may require you to show clearly that you are recording (for example with a light, a notice on your clothing or by telling the person) and to stop or delete when someone objects. You are the one who decides and handles your Recordings; we do not process them on your behalf.개인정보보호위원회의 「이동형 영상정보처리기기를 위한 개인영상정보 보호·활용 안내서」(2024)에 따르면, 교통사고에 대비해 운전·주행 중 녹화하는 것은 배달처럼 일하면서 운전·주행하는 경우라도 일반적으로 업무 목적의 촬영으로 보지 않아 촬영 사실을 표시할 필요가 없습니다. 다만 고객과의 분쟁 기록처럼 일을 위해 사람을 촬영하거나 녹화물을 다른 업무 목적으로 쓰는 경우에는, 개인정보 보호법에 따라 불빛·복장의 안내 문구·말로 알리기 등으로 촬영 사실을 분명히 표시하고 찍히는 사람이 거부하면 촬영을 멈추거나 지워야 할 수 있습니다. 녹화물을 정하고 처리하는 사람은 이용자이며, 회사는 이용자를 대신해 이를 처리하지 않습니다.
4. Before publishing Recordings, consider blurring faces and license plates. You must not use the App for covert surveillance, stalking, harassment or any other unlawful purpose.녹화물을 공개하기 전에는 얼굴과 번호판을 가리는 것을 고려하세요. 앱을 몰래 감시·스토킹·괴롭힘 등 불법적인 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
5. Laws on dash cams, body cams and audio recording differ by country and region, and some countries restrict the use of dash cams. Check the rules where you use the App.블랙박스·바디캠·녹음에 관한 법은 나라와 지역마다 다르며, 일부 국가는 블랙박스 사용을 제한합니다. 앱을 쓰는 곳의 규칙을 확인하세요.

9. Your Data and Backups (데이터와 백업)

1. Recordings are stored only on your device and are excluded from cloud backup. We have no copy and cannot recover them. You are responsible for copying Recordings you want to keep.녹화물은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 클라우드 백업에서 제외됩니다. 회사는 사본이 없어 복구할 수 없습니다. 보관하려는 녹화물은 이용자가 직접 복사해 두어야 합니다.
2. Recordings may be lost through automatic loop deletion, deleting the App, device loss, reset, damage, operating system updates or software errors.녹화물은 자동 루프 삭제, 앱 삭제, 기기 분실·초기화·손상, 운영체제 업데이트, 소프트웨어 오류 등으로 사라질 수 있습니다.
3. Transfer to PC works over your local network using unencrypted HTTP and a PIN. Use it only on networks you trust or on your own hotspot.PC 전송은 로컬 네트워크에서 암호화되지 않은 HTTP와 PIN으로 동작합니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 네트워크나 이용자의 핫스팟에서만 사용하세요.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties (보증의 부인)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY EVENT WILL BE RECORDED, OR THAT RECORDINGS WILL BE KEPT, ACCURATE OR ACCEPTED FOR ANY PURPOSE. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 앱과 웹사이트는 "있는 그대로", "제공 가능한 범위에서" 제공되며, 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·정확성·비침해를 포함한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 회사는 앱이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작하는 것, 특정 사건이 녹화되는 것, 녹화물이 보관·정확하거나 어떤 목적으로 인정되는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.

11. Limitation of Liability (책임의 제한)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WELLPEACH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF RECORDINGS OR DATA, TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS, FINES, INSURANCE OR LEGAL OUTCOMES, DAMAGE TO DEVICES OR MOUNTS, OR CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES RELATING TO YOUR RECORDINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD 1.00 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER MANDATORY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OUR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR YOUR MANDATORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 회사는 앱 또는 웹사이트와 관련하여 발생한 간접·부수·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해, 녹화물·데이터의 손실, 교통사고, 과태료·범칙금, 보험 또는 법적 절차의 결과, 기기·거치대의 손상, 이용자의 녹화물과 관련한 제3자의 청구에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 어떠한 청구에 대해서도 회사의 책임 총액은 청구 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 앱과 관련하여 회사에 실제로 지급한 금액(지급한 금액이 없으면 미화 1달러)을 넘지 않습니다. 다만 이 조항은 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임, 생명·신체에 대한 손해 등 강행법규상 제한할 수 없는 책임과 소비자로서 이용자가 가지는 강행법규상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

For users in the Republic of Korea, instead of the amount cap above: considering that the App is provided free of charge and that Recordings are stored only on your device, which we cannot manage, we are not liable for damage that occurs without our fault; for damage caused by our ordinary negligence we are liable only for ordinary damages, and for damages arising from special circumstances only if we knew or could have known of those circumstances. This does not apply to damage to life or body or to damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. 대한민국 이용자에 대해서는 위 금액 상한 대신 다음을 적용합니다. 앱이 무료로 제공되고 녹화물이 회사가 관리할 수 없는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되는 점을 고려하여, 회사는 회사의 귀책사유 없이 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 경과실로 인한 손해는 통상손해의 범위에서 책임을 지며, 특별한 사정으로 인한 손해는 회사가 그 사정을 알았거나 알 수 있었을 때에만 책임을 집니다. 다만 생명·신체에 대한 손해와 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에는 이 조항이 적용되지 않습니다.

12. Indemnity (면책 보장)

If, through your intent or negligence, your Recordings, your use of the App in breach of these Terms or the law, or your violation of anyone's rights causes a third party to bring a claim against WELLPEACH, you shall hold WELLPEACH harmless at your own responsibility and expense and compensate WELLPEACH for the resulting damage, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent permitted by law. 이용자가 고의 또는 과실로 자신의 녹화물, 이 약관이나 법령을 위반한 앱 사용, 타인의 권리 침해로 인하여 제3자로부터 회사에 청구가 제기되게 한 경우, 이용자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 자기 책임과 비용으로 회사를 면책시켜야 하며 회사가 입은 손해(합리적인 범위의 변호사 비용 포함)를 배상하여야 합니다.

13. Intellectual Property (지식재산권)

The App, the Website and their design, code, text and graphics are owned by WELLPEACH or its licensors. "sDashCam" and its icon are used by WELLPEACH as its marks. You own your Recordings. Apple, App Store, Apple Maps, Google Play, Google Maps and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. 앱·웹사이트와 그 디자인·코드·글·그래픽은 회사 또는 회사에 이용을 허락한 자의 소유입니다. "sDashCam"과 그 아이콘은 회사가 사용하는 표장입니다. 녹화물은 이용자의 것입니다. Apple, App Store, Apple Maps, Google Play, Google Maps 등은 각 소유자의 상표입니다.

14. Changes, Suspension and Termination (변경·중단·종료)

1. For operational or technical reasons, we may change, add or remove features, or suspend or stop providing the App (including removing it from app stores). Except as provided in this Section or required by mandatory law, we are not liable to you for doing so. Recordings already on your device remain yours.회사는 운영상·기술상 필요한 경우 기능을 변경·추가·삭제하거나 앱 제공을 중단·종료(마켓에서 내리는 것 포함)할 수 있으며, 이 조항에서 정하거나 강행법규가 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 이에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이미 기기에 있는 녹화물은 이용자의 것으로 남습니다.
2. If we permanently stop providing the App, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the App or on this website. Premium is deemed fully provided for the period the App was available, and no additional compensation is owed except as required by mandatory law. Installed copies keep working for offline features, including ad removal, but receive no updates.앱 제공을 영구적으로 종료하는 경우 앱 안 공지 또는 이 웹사이트로 최소 30일 전에 알립니다. 프리미엄은 앱이 제공된 기간 동안 혜택이 제공된 것으로 보며, 강행법규가 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 추가 보상 의무는 없습니다. 이미 설치된 앱은 광고 제거를 포함한 오프라인 기능이 계속 동작하지만 업데이트는 제공되지 않습니다.
3. If you materially breach these Terms, your license ends. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.이용자가 이 약관을 중대하게 위반하면 이용 허락은 끝납니다. 이용자는 앱을 삭제하여 언제든 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다.

15. Changes to These Terms (약관의 변경)

When we change these Terms, we post the new Terms, their effective date and the reason on this page and in the app update notes at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If you do not object by the effective date and keep using the App, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the App by deleting it. 회사는 약관을 바꿀 때 바뀐 약관과 시행일·변경 이유를 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱 업데이트 안내에 게시합니다. 이용자가 시행일까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 앱을 계속 사용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 보며, 동의하지 않으면 앱을 삭제하여 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다.

16. Governing Law and Disputes (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. Any lawsuit shall be brought in the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 성실한 협의로 해결하도록 노력하며, 소송은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다. 이 조항은 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 법률이 보장하는 강행적 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다.

17. Maps in Trips (이동 기록의 지도)

1. The map background in Trips is optional and needs an internet connection. Without it, the route is shown without a map.이동 기록의 지도 배경은 선택 기능이며 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 지도 배경을 쓰지 않으면 경로가 지도 없이 표시됩니다.
2. On Android, the App includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.Android에서 앱에는 Google 지도 기능과 콘텐츠가 포함되어 있습니다. Google 지도 기능과 콘텐츠의 이용에는 그때그때 유효한 Google 지도 최종 사용자 추가 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
3. On iOS, maps are provided by Apple Maps.iOS에서는 Apple 지도가 지도를 제공합니다.
4. Maps are provided by those companies and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. What is sent to the map provider when a map is shown is described in the Privacy Policy.지도는 각 회사가 제공하며 부정확하거나 불완전하거나 이용할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 지도를 표시할 때 지도 제공자에게 전달되는 정보는 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

18. Apple App Store Terms (Apple App Store 관련 조항)

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies, and these Terms supplement it to the extent consistent with it. These Terms are between you and WELLPEACH, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA. Apple App Store에서 앱을 받은 경우 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)이 적용되며, 이 약관은 그와 어긋나지 않는 범위에서 이를 보충합니다. 이 약관은 Apple이 아닌 이용자와 회사 사이의 계약이며, Apple은 앱의 유지·지원 의무가 없고 앱과 관련된 청구에 책임을 지지 않습니다. Apple과 그 자회사는 표준 EULA의 제3자 수익자입니다.

19. General (일반 조항)

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the invalid part is applied to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. 이 약관의 일부가 무효이거나 집행할 수 없는 것으로 판단되더라도 나머지는 효력을 유지하며, 무효인 부분은 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 적용됩니다. 개인정보처리방침은 이 약관의 일부를 이룹니다. 회사가 어떤 조항을 집행하지 않더라도 그 권리를 포기한 것으로 보지 않습니다.
