Privacy Policy (개인정보처리방침)

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers (처리자와 적용 범위)

This policy applies to the sDashCam mobile application for Android and iOS (the "App") and to the website sdashcam.com (the "Website"), provided by WELLPEACH ("we", "us"). 이 방침은 WELLPEACH(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Android·iOS용 sDashCam 앱(이하 "앱")과 웹사이트 sdashcam.com(이하 "웹사이트")에 적용됩니다.

2. Personal Information Processed (처리하는 개인정보)

The App does not send your videos, audio, location, driving logs or trip routes to us, and we have no user database. Personal information is processed only in the following cases: 앱은 영상·음성·위치·주행 기록·이동 경로를 회사로 보내지 않으며, 회사는 이용자 데이터베이스를 두지 않습니다. 개인정보는 다음의 경우에만 처리됩니다.

Apart from the Google Mobile Ads SDK described in Section 3 and, on Android, the Google Maps SDK used only for the optional map background (Section 7), the App contains no analytics or crash-reporting software development kits. 제3조의 Google 광고 SDK와, Android에서 선택 기능인 지도 배경에만 쓰는 Google 지도 SDK(제7조) 외에, 앱에는 분석·충돌 보고용 외부 소프트웨어 개발 도구(SDK)가 들어 있지 않습니다.

3. Advertising (Free Version) (광고 — 무료 버전)

The free version shows full-screen ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes the data listed in Section 2 on Google's side. Ads are requested as non-personalized ads, and the App does not ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS. Purchasing Premium removes ads. 무료 버전에는 Google AdMob(Google LLC)이 제공하는 전면 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 제공과 측정을 위해 Google 광고 SDK가 제2조의 정보를 Google 쪽에서 처리합니다. 광고는 비개인화 광고로 요청되며, 앱은 iOS에서 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 프리미엄을 구매하면 광고가 사라집니다.

4. In-App Purchase (인앱 구매)

The optional one-time purchase "sDashCam Premium (Lifetime)" is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. The App only receives a purchase confirmation from the store to unlock Premium on your device, and keeps that state on the device. 선택형 1회 구매 "sDashCam 프리미엄(평생)"은 전적으로 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 스토어로부터 구매 확인만 받아 기기에서 프리미엄을 해제하고, 그 상태를 기기 안에 저장합니다.

5. Device Permissions (기기 접근 권한)

On Android, recording (including location while recording) continues with the screen off through a foreground service. On iOS, the App records only while it is on screen. You can change any permission at any time in your device settings. Android에서는 포그라운드 서비스로 화면이 꺼져도 녹화(녹화 중 위치 포함)가 이어집니다. iOS에서는 앱이 화면에 있는 동안에만 녹화합니다. 모든 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

6. Data Created and Stored on Your Device (기기에 만들어지고 저장되는 정보)

• Videos, and audio if you turned the microphone on. They may show other people, vehicles, license plates and places.영상, 그리고 마이크를 켠 경우 음성. 다른 사람·차량·번호판·장소가 담길 수 있습니다.
• A driving log saved next to each clip, once per second: time and peak impact value, and — while location permission is granted — position, accuracy, speed and direction. It is saved even when the speed or position stamp is turned off.영상마다 1초 간격의 주행 기록이 함께 저장됩니다: 시각과 최대 충격값, 그리고 위치 권한이 있는 동안 위치·정확도·속도·방향. 속도·위치 스탬프를 꺼도 저장됩니다.
• Trip routes: each time a clip is closed, a simplified copy of its route — the times, positions and speeds along the way, plus the distance, moving time and largest impact value — is saved so that you can see each trip as a route.이동 경로: 영상 파일이 닫힐 때마다 그 영상의 경로를 줄여(지나온 시각·위치·속도와 거리·이동 시간·최대 충격값) 저장해, 이동마다 경로를 볼 수 있게 합니다.
• Text you type for the stamp (for example a plate number), your settings, and whether Premium is unlocked.스탬프용으로 직접 입력한 글자(예: 차량 번호), 설정값, 프리미엄 해제 여부.

Recordings, driving logs and trip routes are stored in the App's storage on your device and are excluded from iCloud and Android cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer, so they are not copied to a new phone automatically. Trip routes stay in the phone's storage even if you save videos to an SD card (Android). Your settings (including stamp text) may be included in your device's backup or transfer. 녹화 영상·주행 기록·이동 경로는 기기 안의 앱 저장 공간에 저장되며, iCloud·Android 클라우드 백업과 기기 간 데이터 이전에서 제외되므로 새 폰으로 자동 복사되지 않습니다. 이동 경로는 영상을 SD 카드에 저장하는 경우에도 폰 저장 공간에 보관됩니다(Android). 설정값(스탬프 글자 포함)은 기기 백업·이전에 포함될 수 있습니다.

When the storage limit you set is full, loop recording deletes the oldest normal clips first. Impact clips have their own space, and the oldest impact clips are replaced when it is full or when the phone runs low on space. Clips you save yourself are never deleted automatically. You can delete clips in the App at any time, and uninstalling the App deletes the App's storage, including trip routes. Copies you exported (Section 7) stay where you put them. 이용자가 정한 공간이 차면 루프 녹화는 가장 오래된 일반 영상부터 지웁니다. 충격 영상은 따로 정한 공간에 모이며, 그 공간이 차거나 폰 저장 공간이 부족하면 오래된 충격 영상부터 바뀝니다. 이용자가 직접 저장한 영상은 자동으로 지우지 않습니다. 이용자는 앱에서 언제든 영상을 지울 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 앱 저장 공간(이동 경로 포함)도 삭제됩니다. 이용자가 내보낸 사본(제7조)은 옮긴 곳에 그대로 남습니다.

Trip routes are kept for 30 days from the day they were recorded, even after loop recording has replaced the videos; after that, a day's routes are deleted once none of that day's videos remain, so days that still have videos (such as impact or saved clips) keep their routes as long as those videos. Deleting a clip in the App also deletes its route. In Settings you can choose to keep routes only while their videos remain, or delete all routes, and you can delete the route of a single trip; deleting routes does not delete videos. 이동 경로는 루프 녹화로 영상이 바뀐 뒤에도 녹화한 날부터 30일 동안 보관됩니다. 그 뒤에는 그날의 영상이 하나도 남아 있지 않으면 그날의 경로를 지우므로, 충격·저장 영상처럼 그날의 영상이 남아 있으면 그 영상이 남아 있는 동안 경로도 보관됩니다. 앱에서 영상을 지우면 그 영상의 경로도 지워집니다. 설정에서 경로를 영상이 남아 있는 동안만 보관하도록 바꾸거나 경로 기록을 모두 지울 수 있고, 이동마다 경로를 지울 수도 있습니다. 경로를 지워도 영상은 지워지지 않습니다.

7. When Data Leaves Your Device (정보가 기기 밖으로 나가는 경우)

Recordings, driving logs and trip routes leave your device only when you choose to do so: 녹화 영상·주행 기록·이동 경로는 이용자가 선택한 경우에만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.

• Share, save and export — through the system share sheet, to the Photos app or gallery (Android: Movies/sDashCam), or through the Files app, Finder or USB.공유·저장·내보내기 — 시스템 공유 창, 사진 앱·갤러리(Android: Movies/sDashCam), 파일 앱·Finder·USB를 통해.
• Route files (GPX, KML) — when you share a trip's route as a file, the file contains exact places and times, including where the trip started and ended, and goes to the app or place you choose in the system share sheet.경로 파일(GPX·KML) — 이동의 경로를 파일로 보내면, 출발·도착을 포함한 정확한 위치와 시각이 담긴 파일이 시스템 공유 창에서 이용자가 고른 앱이나 장소로 전달됩니다.
• Open in a maps app — when you tap it, the coordinates of that moment and a label with its date and time are passed to the maps app or map website you choose (for example your phone's default maps app, Apple Maps, Google Maps, KakaoMap, NAVER Map or OpenStreetMap), which handles them under its own policy.지도 앱으로 열기 — 이용자가 누르면 그 순간의 좌표와 날짜·시각이 담긴 이름이 이용자가 고른 지도 앱이나 지도 웹사이트(예: 폰의 기본 지도 앱, Apple 지도, Google 지도, 카카오맵, 네이버 지도, OpenStreetMap)로 전달되며, 그곳의 방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
• Transfer to PC (Wi-Fi) — when you turn it on, a computer on the same Wi-Fi network or hotspot can view and download clips after entering the PIN shown on your phone, can download a clip's driving log as subtitles (.srt) or a route (.gpx), and can view trips with their routes and summaries and download routes as GPX or KML files. Routes are drawn on the transfer page without an online map; links to map websites open only when you click them and send the coordinates to that site. The connection is read-only, stays within your local network, and turns itself off after 10 minutes without use. It uses unencrypted HTTP inside the local network, and your device name (such as the model name) is shown on the transfer page; on public Wi-Fi, use your phone's hotspot instead.PC 전송(와이파이) — 이용자가 켜면 같은 와이파이·핫스팟의 컴퓨터가 폰에 표시된 PIN을 입력한 뒤 영상을 보고 내려받을 수 있고, 주행 기록을 자막(.srt)·경로(.gpx)로 내려받을 수 있으며, 이동 기록(경로와 요약)을 보고 경로를 GPX·KML 파일로 내려받을 수 있습니다. 경로는 온라인 지도 없이 전송 화면에 그려지며, 지도 웹사이트 링크는 누를 때에만 열리고 그 사이트로 좌표가 전달됩니다. 읽기 전용이며 로컬 네트워크 안에서만 이루어지고, 10분 동안 쓰지 않으면 저절로 꺼집니다. 로컬 네트워크 안에서 암호화되지 않은 HTTP를 쓰며 전송 화면에 기기 이름(예: 모델명)이 표시됩니다. 공용 와이파이에서는 폰 핫스팟을 쓰세요.
• Map background for trips (optional) — the first time you open a trip, the App asks whether to show the route on a map, and it loads a map only if you agree. The map comes from Google on Android (Google Maps SDK) or from Apple on iOS (Apple Maps) and needs an internet connection. To draw it, the map area you view and technical information such as your IP address are sent to that company; on Android, the Google Maps SDK also sends device and SDK information, crash data, a pseudonymous SDK identifier and map interactions such as panning and zooming. Your videos and route files are not sent — the route line is drawn on your phone — and no map is loaded while recording. You can turn the map background off at any time in Settings; the route is then shown without a map, and nothing is sent to the map provider. See Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.이동 기록의 지도 배경(선택) — 이동을 처음 열 때 경로를 지도 위에 볼지 묻고, 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 지도를 불러옵니다. 지도는 Android에서는 Google(Google 지도 SDK), iOS에서는 Apple(Apple 지도)이 제공하며 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 지도를 그리기 위해 보는 지도 영역과 IP 주소 같은 기술 정보가 해당 회사로 전달되고, Android에서는 Google 지도 SDK가 기기·SDK 정보, 충돌 정보, 가명 SDK 식별자, 지도 조작(이동·확대) 정보도 전달합니다. 영상과 경로 파일은 전달되지 않으며(경로 선은 폰에서 그립니다), 녹화 중에는 지도를 불러오지 않습니다. 설정에서 언제든 지도 배경을 끌 수 있고, 끄면 지도 없이 경로만 보이며 지도 회사로 전달되는 정보가 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.

We do not receive copies of anything you share, export or transfer, or of map requests. Once data leaves your device, it is handled by the destination you chose or by the map provider, under its own terms and policies. 회사는 이용자가 공유·내보내기·전송한 정보와 지도 요청을 받지 않습니다. 기기 밖으로 나간 정보는 이용자가 고른 곳이나 지도 제공자가 각자의 약관·방침에 따라 처리합니다.

8. Recordings of Other People (다른 사람이 담긴 영상)

The App does not recognize or identify faces, license plates or voices. You decide what to record, keep and share, and you are responsible for doing so lawfully — including any duties that apply when you film people for your work or use Recordings for a business purpose (recording to keep evidence of traffic accidents is generally not treated as such, even for delivery riders) and the laws on recording conversations. See the Terms of Service. 앱은 얼굴·번호판·목소리를 인식하거나 식별하지 않습니다. 무엇을 녹화·보관·공유할지는 이용자가 정하며, 이를 법에 맞게 할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다(일을 위해 사람을 촬영하거나 녹화물을 업무 목적으로 쓸 때의 의무와 대화 녹음에 관한 법률 포함 — 교통사고에 대비한 녹화는 배달 중이라도 일반적으로 업무 목적 촬영으로 보지 않습니다). 이용약관을 참고하세요.

9. Provision to Third Parties, Outsourcing and Transfer Abroad (제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전)

We do not provide personal information to third parties other than as described below. Personal information is transferred abroad as follows, in accordance with Article 28-8 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act: 회사는 아래에 적은 경우 외에는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8에 따라 국외 이전 내역을 다음과 같이 알립니다.

You can refuse these transfers by purchasing Premium (no ads are requested), by keeping the map background for trips turned off (the route is then shown without a map), and by not contacting us by email; in that case we may not be able to answer inquiries. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. 프리미엄을 구매하면 광고를 요청하지 않으므로 광고 관련 이전을 거부할 수 있고, 이동 기록의 지도 배경을 끄면(지도 없이 경로만 표시) 지도 관련 이전이 일어나지 않으며, 이메일로 문의하지 않으면 문의 관련 이전이 일어나지 않습니다(이 경우 문의 응대가 어려울 수 있습니다). 결제는 Apple·Google이 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.

10. The Website (웹사이트)

The Website does not set cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools. Your IP address and request are processed by our hosting server only to deliver the pages. 웹사이트는 쿠키를 설정하지 않으며(자동 수집 장치를 설치·운영하지 않음) 광고·분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. IP 주소와 요청 정보는 페이지를 보여 주기 위해서만 호스팅 서버에서 처리됩니다.

11. Destruction of Personal Information (개인정보의 파기)

When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete inquiry emails and records without delay by a method that cannot be restored. Data on your device is deleted by you, or automatically through loop recording and the route retention period, as described in Section 6. 보유기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 문의 이메일과 기록을 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 기기에 있는 정보는 제6조에 따라 이용자가 직접 삭제하거나 루프 녹화와 경로 보관 기간에 따라 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

12. Children (아동)

The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and if we learn that we have, we delete it without delay. 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그런 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

13. Your Rights (정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·행사 방법)

Under applicable law (including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, the EU GDPR), you — or your legal representative — may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Data on your device is under your control and can be viewed or deleted in the App. For personal information we hold (such as inquiry emails), contact us at the address below and we will act as required by law. For advertising data held by Google, use your device's ad settings or Google's tools. For map requests handled by Google or Apple, see their privacy policies (Section 7). 이용자와 그 법정대리인은 관련 법령(개인정보 보호법 및 해당되는 경우 EU GDPR 등)에 따라 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 기기에 있는 정보는 이용자가 직접 관리하며 앱에서 보고 지울 수 있습니다. 회사가 보유한 개인정보(문의 이메일 등)는 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 법령에 따라 조치합니다. 14. Security (안전성 확보 조치)

Recordings and trip routes are kept inside the App's storage protected by the operating system, and Transfer to PC requires a PIN and turns itself off when unused. Inquiry emails are kept in an access-controlled email account. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; please protect your device with a screen lock. 녹화 영상과 이동 경로는 운영체제가 보호하는 앱 저장 공간 안에 보관되며, PC 전송은 PIN을 요구하고 쓰지 않으면 저절로 꺼집니다. 문의 이메일은 접근이 통제된 이메일 계정에 보관합니다. 어떤 저장·전송 방식도 완전히 안전하지는 않으므로 기기에 화면 잠금을 설정해 주세요.

15. Changes to This Policy (방침의 변경)

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and changes are posted on this page as required by law. 회사는 이 방침을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 위의 시행일이 현재 판을 나타내며, 변경 내용은 법령에 따라 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

16. Contact, Privacy Officer and Remedies (연락처·개인정보 보호책임자·권익침해 구제)
